FOUNDER’s BIO
Maïa Lépine is a Rwandan-Canadian born career Executive Coordinator who brings not only two decades worth of professional expertise to the table, but also a unique perspective as it relates to intuitive & organic client support. Coming from a multicultural background, as the daughter of a diplomat, she was inspired from her journey growing up between the African & American continents. With an affinity for meticulous deliverables through understanding of human connection- she has taken pride in very successfully supporting notable brands, their infrastructures; while also being ‘Chief of Staff’ for C-level executives, Entertainers & other established individuals/brands throughout her career.
Ultimately, creating World Embassy Group LLC (in 2018) as an homage to her foundational upbringing, the goal being to offer high caliber support/services in a consultancy capacity, without the commitment of hiring as full-time staff. Focusing initially on relationship development with clients, having an innate ability to understand, support & foresee how World Embassy Group can execute desired outcomes, and exceed expectations- freeing executives up to focus their attention on what they are truly passionate about. Along with a proven track record of delivering impactful and innovative projects in the web3 space; Maïa is also an Executive Assistant coach, helping groom the next generation of EAs with a special focus on women minorities.
